He is very experienced in the use of all photographic and video equipment, navigation equipment & software, echosounders and sidescan sonar systems and the full range of sediment sampling and trawling equipment.

Stephen Duke

Skipper / Hydrographic surveyor

Stephen Duke is a very experienced skipper and has worked on a wide range of inshore surveys. Steve is responsible for Mariner vessel operations, survey logistics and health and safety but he is also a trained hydrographic surveyor.

Dr Magnus Axelsson

Marine Biologist / Taxonomist

Magnus Axelsson is a very experienced benthic mega- and macrofaunal taxonomist and video / still photography analyst of benthic epifauna. Magnus carries out the ecological analyses, interpretation and reporting of the environmental (EA/EIA) projects including habitat mapping and biotope classifications.

Julia Doran is an experienced marine biologist with a good knowledge and experience of a wide variety of sediment sampling and photographic equipment. Julia also assists in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of  biological data.

Laura Plastow

Environmental Scientist / HSE Diver

Laura Plastow is an experienced environmental scientist with knowledge and experience of a large variety of sediment sampling and photographic equipment who also assists in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of both acoustic and biological data. Laura is also a qualified HSE scuba diver with many years experience.
